Incorrect Items: We strive for accuracy, but mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at akuceramics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the items you received. We'll arrange a return and send you the correct item(s).
Returns & Cancellations: We do not accept general returns or cancellations unless the item received is incorrect.
Refused or Uncollected Orders: If you refuse a delivery or don't pick it up from the post office, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned items in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time: We pack and ship orders within 7 business days of purchase.
Delivery Times:

UK: 2-5 business days
International: 1-3 weeks, depending on destination (check with your local postal service)

Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for customs fees on international orders. We recommend checking with your country's customs agency before ordering.

Durability: Our ceramics are made with high-quality stoneware, but they are more fragile than mass-produced pieces. Handle them with care.
Glazes: Matte glazes can stain over time. Wash them by hand if possible and avoid using them with strongly colored foods/liquids. Rinse them quickly after use and don't leave liquid on them for long periods.
Dishwasher & Microwave: While technically dishwasher and microwave safe, these methods can shorten their lifespan. We recommend handwashing and avoiding microwave.
Variations: Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, and glaze color are expected.
